● Advising New York Jets and Brooklyn Nets with respect to terms and conditions of various online programs and other promotions

● Assisted in successful defense of litigations against New York Jets and New York Giants in class action lawsuit alleging antitrust violations, false advertising, fraud and other claims in connection with marketing and sale of tickets at MetLife Stadium

● Chief counsel for New York Jets in connection with the battle to establish a new stadium on Manhattan’s west side, including overseeing more than a dozen litigations and negotiations with state and city agencies

● Created and implemented corporate relocation program for all business and football personnel in connection with New York Jets relocation from New York to New Jersey

● Currently serving as class counsel in class action litigation against technology companies on behalf of current and former federal inmates asserting consumer protection, antitrust, and other claims

● Currently serving as interim Executive Director and Trustee of NY/NJ Super Bowl Host Company, Inc.

● Defining strategy, and drafting/negotiating agreements, relating to all aspects of major development projects involving two new stadium initiatives, and a 30-acre corporate HQ and training facility, including negotiation of real estate leases and purchase and sale agreements, non-relocation agreements, formation of corporate structure, negotiation with state officials, and drafting of enacted legislation

● Handled American with Disabilities Act complaints filed against New York Jets and MetLife Stadium, ultimately obtaining dismissal of all claims and an award of fees in respondents’ favor

● Handling press inquiries, high profile PR battles, and political issues, including direct interaction and negotiation with various executive level public officials from city, state and federal government on matters such as the West Side Stadium battles and the NFL “Spygate” controversy, as well as more discrete publicity issues for individual clients

● Negotiating and closing contracts for the sale of luxury suites at MetLife Stadium

● Obtained dismissal of claim against United States Tennis Association for alleged discrimination under Americans with Disabilities Acts during U.S. Open tennis tournament

● Obtained dismissal of lawsuit alleging racial discrimination in connection with the New York Jets corporate relocation program in connection with franchise move from New York to new headquarters and training facility in Florham Park, NJ

● Played a critical role in negotiation and formation of joint venture between New York Jets and New York Giants, which eventually became MetLife Stadium, including with respect to legislation, financing, NFL issues, and corporate structure, among other things

● Regularly handle contract/policy matters and disputes for the New York Jets and MetLife Stadium, including those relating to personal seat licenses & season ticket subscriptions, sponsorships, promotions, and employment issues

● Represented former employee of high-profile Major League Baseball player and national sports/marketing agency in discrimination claim, resulting in successful settlement

● Represented MetLife Stadium in negotiations with wireless infrastructure and carriage agreements with all major cellular carriers

● Represented Miami Dolphins in connection with termination/severance of departing CEO and in connection with hiring of incoming CEO, including department CEO severance agreement and incoming CEO employment agreement

● Representing DKC News, national PR/communications/crisis management firm, in connection with issues relating to potential litigation, corporate governance, and potential transactions

● Representing family office of New York Jets’ owner, Robert Wood Johnson IV, relating to various issues, including employment disputes, real estate transactions, transactions and investments (such as acquisition of ownership interest in world-renowned exclusive luxury resort property) and other things

● Representing high-profile artist, filmmaker and real estate developer in connection with various matters, including as sponsor of luxury East Village condominium development, serving as condominium board member, and representing developer in connection with major façade remediation and related disputes

● Representing professional athletes, professional sports coaches, and sports agents in a variety of litigations and arbitrations

● Representing Stephen M. Ross-owned RSE Ventures and its operating subsidiaries in connection with various transactional and litigation matters, including formation of new business ventures, negotiation and drafting of operating agreements, executive employment agreements, and other agreements

● Served as General Counsel for the NY/NY Super Bowl Host Committee from 2011 – 2014 after the successful bid, providing legal oversight of such initiatives and results as:

● Serving as outside General Counsel for a family of companies in the renewable fuels industry

● Serving as outside general counsel to Hiltzik Strategies, a renowned PR/communications/crisis management firm in the sports, entertainment, and new media/technology industries

● Serving as outside general counsel to sports agency with multiple first-round NFL draft picks, including in litigation and arbitrations and in connection with sale of agency practice

● Serving as outside general counsel to the NGC Visuals family of companies, in the businesses of marketing and large format fabrication in the sports and media industries, including negotiating and forming joint venture subsidiaries and other transactions, as well as dispute resolution

● Successful pre-litigation resolution of various disputes relating to season tickets, personal seat licenses, sponsorships, and other matters for New York Jets, Brooklyn Nets, MetLife Stadium, and Barclays Center

●  Served as General Counsel for the NY/NY Super Bowl Host Committee from 2011 – 2014 after the successful bid, providing legal oversight of such initiatives and results as:
 

 o  Mass transit: first ever extensive bus program carried over 40,000 guests from Manhattan to Super Bowl XLVIII via dedicated lanes and through the Lincoln Tunnel
 

 o  Geographic Footprint: driving for a solid balance of events across New York and New Jersey, by continually working with key government agencies and leaders, the creation of a 55-stop Mobile Tour throughout the region, and regionally comprehensive community programs, leading to an economic impact in excess of $500 million.

 o  Sponsorship negotiations: the record-breaking amount of revenue raised from more than 100 sponsors

 o  Volunteer program: Largest Super Bowl program ever, with 8,000 volunteers in distinctive uniforms completing 16,000 shifts.

 o  Community Programs: Blood Drive (420,000 pints of blood collected); Coat Drive (117,000 coats donated); Tree-Planting (27,000 trees planted)

 o  New Media: NY/NJ Super Bowl Host Committee website registered 2.8 million visits and social media pages on Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube totaled 150,000 likes/followers/views

● Served as General Counsel of the NY/NJ Snowflake Youth Foundation, a not-for-profit organization that, as of June 2014, generated over $13 million dollars from its inception in 2012. SYF projects estimated to impact 60,000 young people per year, by transforming after-school facilities for youth in New Jersey and the New York metro area by assisting locations that provide school-age boys and girls with safe and supervised recreational, educational, and character-building activities

● Served as lead class counsel in class action litigation against the State University of New York, resulting in a class action settlement refunding millions of dollars of tuition to overcharged students
