Andrew L. Lee is a seasoned business executive and attorney with more than sixteen years’ experience in-house and as an outside advisor, with emphasis on counseling the highest levels of executive management of high profile companies in various industries, both as inside General Counsel and as outside General Counsel. After co-founding, and later selling, a successful technology start-up company, graduating with honors from Fordham Law School, and clerking for a U.S. Court of Appeals Judge, Mr. Lee practiced law for eight years at Proskauer Rose LLP, one of the nation's leading law firms, primarily as a member of the distinguished Sports Law practice group. Mr. Lee later served on the senior executive management team of the New York Jets for several years, in the position of General Counsel, before returning to private practice at ALL Counsel P.C. Recently, Mr. Lee’s practice has included serving as General Counsel and a member of the senior executive management team for the NY/NJ Super Bowl Host Committee.

Drawing on his extensive experience, Mr. Lee founded ALL Counsel in 2009 to offer the same high-quality service that clients have come to expect from top national law firms, but with the personal attention and efficiencies that only a small, focused firm can deliver, combined with the experience of a seasoned in-house attorney. Mr. Lee’s clients include the NY/NJ Super Bowl Host Committee, MetLife Stadium, the New York Jets, the Brooklyn Nets, the Miami Dolphins, RSE Ventures, and others in the sports, arts, media, entertainment and general business fields. Mr. Lee has deep experience both as a litigator and as a corporate/transactional attorney, having handled complex litigation and business deals involving sponsorships, naming rights, intellectual property, licensing and internet-related issues, business formation/start-up, acquisitions and restructurings, “business divorces”, human resources, non-profit corporation formation and operations, employment issues, antitrust, real estate, corporate compliance, finance-related issues, and many other things.

Mr. Lee recently championed the rights of thousands of college students, serving as lead counsel in a class action case against the State University of New York (SUNY), which alleged that SUNY had overcharged millions of dollars of tuition to a certain class of out of state students. Mr. Lee recently concluded a class-action settlement of the matter, which included a full refund for every qualifying student.

Mr. Lee has been an integral and influential force in various high-profile developments in the sports industry. Some examples include: the successful bid of the New York/New Jersey region to host the 2014 Super Bowl at MetLife Stadium, serving as General Counsel to the NY/NJ Super Bowl Host Committee, the Jets’ and Giants’ successful joint efforts to develop and open MetLife Stadium (the nations only two-team NFL stadium), the development of the New York Jets’ Atlantic Health Jets Training Center, several successful lawsuits defending the personal seat license and other ticketing practices of professional sports teams, advice and litigation concerning ADA and accessibility issues at sporting venues, successfully representing NFL agents in NFLPA arbitrations, organization of the Orange Drive festival in connection with the 2011 Orange Bowl, and negotiation of countless agreements relating to sponsorships and the development and operation of professional sports franchises and venues.

Mr. Lee received his Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law in 1997, where he graduated cum laude, with honors including membership in the Order of the Coif. At Fordham, Lee served as the Writing & Research Editor of the International Law Journal and also founded and created the journal's website, ILJ Online. Mr. Lee earned his Bachelor of Arts in Justice from American University in 1993.
